I just wanted to let you that I received my shipment on Wednesday (just about 3 weeks from the day you shipped it!). You’re absolutely right about USPS – I never received any further tracking updates. But – they are here, and the tiaras look AMAZING!!! Mine is so sparkly – I just love it!
Thank you again for your continued correspondence, patience, and excellent followup – this is the first internet purchase (of any real importance) I have made and knowing that I was reaching a real live person helped alleviate my nervousness about it. Oh yes, before I forget – I am doing the trial run with my veil and headpiece next Monday and I can’t wait to see how it looks!
