This royal length mantilla is being worn as a drop veil. A drop veil turns your mantilla into a blusher veil. This mantilla is actually being worn as a cathedral veil. The blusher takes up 30 inches, so the lengths end up at 120 inches in the back, not the total length of 150 inches. A regular mantilla is worn attached at the edge, which would give it a length of 150 inches in back. If you want to wear a drop veil you need additional length.
A simple cut edge mantilla still has impact because of it’s size. Notice how transparent the diamond white bridal illusion is. The bride chose to attach her veil with our 2 inch straight pins, allowing her to position and reposition the veil however she wants.
